Your pharmacy login is managed by Ascension. All you need to do is sign in as normal on the mobile app or web here: https://ascension.medrefill.com/asweb/#/home. Once you are signed in, you will be prompted to create your pharmacy profile.
If you have a prescription bottle from Ascension pharmacy for yourself, please select "Myself" to create your own account first.
If you do not have any prescriptions currently filled at Ascension, you can select "Another Adult" and enter your own information as the Account Manager. Once this is done, you can then add your family members to your account via the Family Care page.
